Our first two residences — The Shea Residence and The 7th Street Residence — are currently under construction and scheduled to open Fall 2026. Construction is on track and we'll share progress updates with our waitlist members.
We offer a full continuum from independent support through enhanced care, including memory support. Residents don't need to move as their needs change — our care adapts to them. Visit our Living Options page for details on each level.
Monthly rates start at $8,000 for independent support and range to $12,000+ for enhanced care, depending on the level of assistance needed. All rates are all-inclusive — meals, housekeeping, activities, and care are all covered. We're happy to discuss pricing in detail during a consultation.
Research consistently shows better outcomes in smaller residential settings — fewer hospitalizations, lower medication use, and higher quality of life. At 16 residents, we're large enough to provide professional care but small enough to know every resident personally.
Absolutely. We offer pre-opening consultations where we can walk through our plans, show you renderings, and discuss your loved one's specific needs. As construction progresses, we'll also arrange hard-hat tours for waitlist families.
We work with families to explore all available funding options, including long-term care insurance policies, VA Aid & Attendance benefits, and other resources. We're happy to discuss this during your consultation.
